AMZ Teambuilding 2026: Faithful Stewardship, From Vision to Abundance

Three days, one island, and one team. AMZ Teambuilding 2026 brought our growing family to White Island Sand & Horizon Resort in Mambajao, Camiguin, to guard the foundation, transform the culture, and secure the future.

At AMZ Medical Supplies Trading, we believe that faithful stewardship starts with people. This year, we brought that belief to the Island Born of Fire. AMZ Teambuilding 2026 gathered our growing family at White Island Sand & Horizon Resort in Rocky Village, Barangay Yumbing, Mambajao, Camiguin, from September 18 to 20, 2026, under the theme "Faithful Stewardship: From Vision to Abundance."

The theme carried three commitments that guided every activity of the trip: Guarding the Foundation. Transforming the Culture. Securing the Future. Three days, one island, and one team. Here is how it went.

Day 1: Arriving as One Team

The journey began at the Camiguin port, where the team arrived in matching black shirts and unrolled the official event banner for the first group photo of the trip. From there, the island welcomed us with its best: a stop at Katungan Park, a dip in the cool spring waters, and the roar of Tuasan Falls, where many of us braved the current for a swim under the cascade.

As the sun set over the coast, the team gathered for a group photo against the volcano before heading back to the resort for the evening's all-white dinner. The night came alive with team games, face paint, costume and dance showdowns, and plenty of laughter long after the program ended.

Day 2: Building the Team, Not Just the Tower

The second day was the heart of the program. Dressed in our "Faithful Stewardship" shirts, the team settled in by the shore for a facilitated session built around three simple questions: one strength you contribute to the team, one quality you appreciate in a teammate, and one thing you want to grow into for the team.

Those reflections turned into action. Teams raced to build the tallest tower from index cards, engineered structures from tubes and tape, and stood up to share what they had written. The exercises were simple, but the message was clear: abundance is built one honest contribution at a time.

The afternoon took us by boat to the White Island sandbar for swimming, sun, and family time, followed by a sunset ride home. The evening closed with live music, dinner, and an awards ceremony recognizing the standout performers of the trip, from the "Chef Master" to the team's most faithful stewards.

Day 3: Mantigue, the Canopy, and One Last Swim

On our final morning, we crossed to Mantigue Island for a last round of group photos, jump shots, and swimming in its clear waters. The team then walked the forest canopy bridge, cooled off in one more cold spring, and wrapped up the trip at a floating fish farm, feeding fish from the blue pontoon walkways before heading home.

From Vision to Abundance

AMZ Teambuilding 2026 was more than a getaway. It was a reminder that the vision we hold for AMZ is only as strong as the people who carry it. We came home from Camiguin rested, more connected, and more committed to guarding the foundation, transforming the culture, and securing the future of the company that lets us serve our partners and community with excellence. Caring beyond distribution starts with caring for each other.

To every member of the AMZ family who made the trip, thank you. The abundance ahead belongs to all of us.
